Almost to 200k meters on the C2. This last 50K my lower back has been hurting. Any recommendations to decrease soreness? More info in post. 34M 6'2" 150lbs. No health history.

Drag factor 110. I have been stretching before and after. Trying to keep good posture. I am warming up beforehand and not pulling hard just slow 5Ks. Will this pain decrease with time as I get more meters under my belt?

Pain is minor stinging. Didn't interfere with any of my activities.
