Post Body

2nd year of rowing, m14 5’10” 61kg/135Ibs, About three weeks ago I did my first 2km this season and pulled a 2:02 split avg at 32 spm. Today I did one that wasn’t recorded at a 1:58.5 split avg, but the main difference between the two was that on my recent one, I was at a 26 spm avg.

The main reason I did this was because I just wanted to see how it would feel to do a 2km while maintaining good tech. All my previous 2ks I would end up falling apart technically.

I was wondering what would help with this specifically to allow me to achieve my goal splits while maintaining a good rate.
