Cancelled account

So I'm almost certain that Rover has cancelled my account due to the fact that I logged in today and my whole account was wiped clean. No info, no pictures, no transactions. This really makes me nervous as I just got done a month-long stint with a dog and haven't been paid yet due tommorow. Does anyone know weather Rover can hold your payment for any reason?
