I’ve been using Rover for about 10 months now. I live in the middle of a large, dangerous city and there are so many other sitters with lower rates than me. I work two other jobs, both involving dogs, so my rates are set high. Over these 10 months, I’ve gotten a lot of requests which I have turned down for various reasons. I have two repeat clients that are great, laid back, and tip well. I am perfectly fine with having only two different clients. About every month or two, I get a bit of extra money, I get to stay in a nice home for a week, I’m not completely overwhelmed, and I get to hang out with dogs. But sometimes I do feel like I’m not doing enough with this and I’m not meeting my potential. Are there any other sitters like this?
