I came home from a trip yesterday and there were some issues with the Sitter that I had. Specifically there were damages to my home. I have been trying to contact Rover but all I get to do is communicate with that AI bot. They have an emergency number, but they make that clear that is only for issues with health and safety of a pet or person. My Sitter told me that he had passed out and my dog was trying to wake him and had an accident in the house now I have to pay to get my carpet cleaned, any help or links posted to speak with someone directly at Rover would be much appreciated. In his message to me, he said it was totally his fault however he refuses to take responsibility. Thank you.
Edit: I used the term passed out because those were the sitter’s words, I wasn’t implying any meaning to it. However I know that my dog can wake me from a deep sleep if she has to go out. Not often because I attend to her before turning in for the night.
