I implemented a rule of never doing meet & greets on weekends because way more then not something comes up & they don’t show up. Then almost always they don’t even reach out to let me know, so I give up a part of my day to only have it wasted. I also find out those who can’t not understand my rules for m&g often would not be a good fit either. So it’s a win win for me. But yesterday I broke my rule setting up a m&g for today since I knew I was not planning to be away from the house & had a few dogs go home a day early so would not be a problem. We agreed on a time & I touched base again today as a reminder. 15 minutes after our meeting time had passed, I reached out to see where they were. Then like an hour later they said something came up & they would need to reach out later to setup a new time. But since they didn’t have the decency of letting me know, they are 100% never going to get another chance with me. What is something a client can do that will cause you to 100% be done with them?
