I live in an apartment building with a lot of dogs, and have inevitably ended up meeting some neighbors via dog bump ins and told them I do dogsitting and stuff. I gave a neighbor my info today but I realize I’m not really sure what to charge for drop-one or walks if I don’t have to travel to reach. Like, for a drop-in visit, I wouldn’t even have to put my shoes on. I don’t typically offer out-of-home services because I don’t have a car and most requests I get are at least a 30 minutes bus ride to get to, so it’s not really worth the money.
I just feel like it’s barely a disruption to my day and requires no travel, so pricing it like a normal drop in might be weird. Any advice for determining pricing is appreciated!
