Recently, we've had some of our higher ranking members leaving the guild due to the lack of higher-level activities within the guild, such as Tomb of the Ancients and Wine Cellar runs. The guild leaders had some discussion the other night, and came up with a few possible solutions:
One is to appoint someone to be in charge of higher level activities in the guild. Preferably someone with a lot of experience with higher level dungeons, and someone who could fairly regularly get participating guild members together for some runs. This could be anyone, whether you're in the guild or just want to create an alt to help out. You can leave a comment or contact a guild leader privately if you feel like you would be a good leader.
Another idea was to have some established veterans from out side the guild join in to help out. It would be great to have some established leaders of the RotMG community jump in to help kick start some raids.
Please feel free to leave some comments, suggestions, concerns, or anything guild related below, as a I feel a lack of feedback on the guild has already caused the resignation of some of our guild members. Thanks!
