For those who aren't aware, a few months ago you were able to buy shards that visually improved QoTs, Juggs and Conflicts.

I highly doubt many people had those in the first place, let alone paying 8 bucks for a shard to add some pixels to these items, but be warned: There is a bug in the vault, visual or not, that deleted my QoT - Overcharged. Obviously I was in USW3 swapping items out of my vault, the usual visual bug where items duplicate themselves over other items happened, I hit nexus to fix it, and boom. QoT Gone.

I've been contacting DECA and they essentially said "lol no that doesn't happen", but I'm still contacting them, so they might be able to help out.

I have not been able to replicate the bug, as Im both unlucky to have a jugg, second QoT, or Conflict, and too poor to have the shards. I suggest keeping those in your vault, and as a good cautionary tale, considering DECA probably doesn't keep tabs on literally anything, screenshot your vault whenever your moving stuff around.
