Xsolla Issue

I get the error message " 3032: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try again later or contact Xsolla customer support" when I try to buy gold and it's been happening for the past year or two, it's nothing to do with my device as I've tested that and it's nothing to do with my payment method as I've also tested that. Does anyone know a fix? I sent tickets to Deca and Xsolla but maybe I can get a solution before then.
