pretty much the title, wondering how long to expect to wait for response to a ticket. with the rework beta being out im sure they have alot of tickets for issues being submitted so just wondering

edit: well the response took 2 days, but doubt my buddy will be getting battlepass now especially if i need to wait another 2 days for a reply.. trying to gift gold and ik they ask for verification of account ownership so i included all that info on the first ticket, just to wait 2 days to get a response asking for all the info i included in the first submission... if it ends up being to late for this season pass imma end up going from gifting gold to refunding it. no reason they didnt read the actual ticket and see that i included everything they had asked for already to ensure that it would be in time for him to get this season pass
