Does this look like type 2 or just acne.

Been on an endless hunt for a solution since Covid times. Currently on the triple cream from apostrophe and a sulfur wash. Seems to flare up randomly whenever I feel like I’ve solved the issue. Using vanicream daily moisturizer. Did try Avene Cicalfate did wonders for a few days then maybe by coincidence I broke out like crazy. Any input is appreciated
