Hello! I've been struggling with rosacea papulopustulosa for I would say 4 years now. I've been sober from alcohol for 21 months (I was a heavy drinker), I like one coffee a day, I guess I eat dairy a lot, I don't eat that much acidic or spicy food but it happens.
I've been diagnosed with rosacea papulopustulosa in september 2023. The dermatologist gave me 2x a day (total of 100mg) for 6 weeks and 3 months 1x a day (total of 50mg) for 6 weeks of minocycline. When I went from 100mg to 50mg, my skin would sometimes be irritated...
Everyday once a day but I started twice a day (my dermatologist said I could), I put cream of metronidazole...
I've been off the pills for 2 days now and my skin is NOT happy, I have rosecea pimples on my forehead and my cheeks are showing signs of irritation.
I don't know what to do... Is there any other cream (opinions) that worked for you? I can't be on the antibiotics 24/7 or I would...

I will contact my dermatologist again. But I'm sad.
