Help with basic routine for type 1
Post Body

I've been living with symptoms that line up with what is formerly known as type 1 for going on a decade now. Incredibly dry and sensitive, patchy, scaly peeling skin. It's been hell with the burning and flare ups lately and I really just want to do something about it to make it better. I know people here are going to say see a dermatologist and that does make the most sense but sadly I don't have access to one at the moment. Though I could see an allergist/immunologist soon as there's one close enough and I'm sure would help me get an idea of triggers which would be useful. Are there any basic products I could work into my routine until I can see a dermatologist for a more in depth treatment plan? Advice on how often I should be using them and in what order would be crucial too. Many thanks to whoever takes the time. I'm getting desperate
