What nerves does tenshi impact?

Hi, I’m recovering from ulnar compression so I’m staying away from strappado and TK. Was wondering what harnesses might be okay (besides hands free harness). I think fisherman’s harness might be an issue. Does tenshi impact the ulnar nerve at all or is it a dif nerve?
