What happened was we covered the existing sheathing after it passed wood inspection with the city with insulation and created a slope for the new torch material to go onto the roof to create a slope where water won’t pool on her roof. This happened last week. She is now stating that there’s wood rot from underneath ( I told her we’d paint it all on the inside) and she wants us to re do everything meaning re demo re do the torch re do the framing the insulation and change her existing sheathing etc etc what should we do ? Take the loss re do it ?
