Work maintenance, but when I saw how bad the owner was getting screwed by almost every contractor that came through before I started there 7 years ago, decided to start doing things myself. It's a never ending project, probably take me 20 more years to finish, just to start over at the beginning, again. Nobody used stainless fasteners, even though they were specifically requested, this section was rejected and shingles in 2010. I was able to literally grab 4' of shingles and Frisbee them down the roof to the pile. Then just flip the plywood off. Tear off fork pretty much laid on the roof deck, unused. New rafters as needed. Replace any bad t/g carsiding boards, new 1/2"treaded plywood, stainless 3" deck screws, 1-1/2 rs stainless roofing nails. Don't get me started on the shitty job of flashing work around the skylights, or the tie into the epdm valley. Just picking away at it 1 piece at a time. Was brought up by my father, roofing, siding, doors, windows, etc.
