Roobet scammed me

I was running an auto bet at 0.01 cents and I have it to increase 100 percent on loss and I have it set to reset after a win and set at 3x and it got all the way up to 81.92 it crashed at 3.01 x and there telling me it crashed at 1x when it didn't. Honestly just fuck roobet like that loss took all my deposit so I can't even recover.
