Does anyone else have a lot of trouble with getting OpenEmu to read Sega Saturn games?

I haven't had this problem with any of the other systems, just Saturn. A few games here and there will go through fine, but most of them don't. I've spent hours trying different rom downloads for the same games with no luck.
Panzer Dragoon Saga, in particular has me stumped. I made the .m3u properly and everything, but nope.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
