Hi guys,

Read a book a while ago, can't find the title. I vaguely remember the details. Here's what I can recall, and it isn't much:

• Historical, set in the Scotland Highlands
• some sort of clan discourse where the Hero goes off to some battle and becomes a POW to another clan
• has a nasty hit on his head and gets some sort of amnesia
• he left behind a wife who's fierce asf and either she thinks he's dead or she's looking for him? Cannot remember which but I remember she was strong
• they meet but he doesn't remember her and she doesn't really tell them they're married I think????
• they fall in love again
• NO TIME TRAVEL

Edit: oh I think he's left behind a kid too?? So he can't remember his wife and child.

Edit July 4 23: it's called {To Avenge Her Highland Warrior by Samantha Holt}! Not all the details I recalled are the same. They were never married, he didn't leave behind a wife but a lover who WAS pretty badass. He's not a POW but some other spoilery thing. BUT THEY DO HAVE A KID !!!
