need boot recommendations

I need something with a nice wide toe box. I currently use size 12 vanillas. I'm a size 11.5 but I still wish they had a better toebox. Is this something that I'll have to do customs for? Also I'd like to take on any insole options. I've seen the zliner ads but don't trust them. Thank you all:)
