Hello there! Thanks for clicking this post it is most appreciated! I have this plot that’s been brewing in my mind for a few days and I finally decided to send it off into the universe.

Before I get to that let me talk a bit about me, my style, and what I’m looking for exactly.

I am a literate roleplayer, I’ve been in this game since I was 8 so I hope I’m good at it. I prefer 3 paragraphs, and I’ll never complain about someone writing too much. I try my best to match my partner so if you write 3 paragraphs I’ll do about the same. If you write 8, I’ll do around 8 too! It all depends.

I love the build of plots, and the drama and angst parts of things too. I’m a dramatic person and it certainly reflects in my writing… but the drama has to make sense. I don’t like random plot points thrown in that don’t align with our character personalities or whats going on in the Roleplay.

Also I write in third person but if you prefer 1st you can write in 1st, I’ll just be using 3rd! I also try to use present tense but I feel sometimes I accidentally throw in past.

I love to get to talk, plan, all of that. So I would love to someone to match that. Who can talk about plot ideas and what they are enjoying throughout the Roleplay. That being said if your opening message is “hi” I won’t answer. Tell me your ideas, thoughts, what interested you about my plot, the more you write the more likely I’ll be to respond. And I won’t reply to anything except inbox messages.

Undercover-

Lacey Callahan has been working for the FBI since she was 19. The average age to join is 23 but Lacey was an exceptional student. She graduated at 16. Worked full time, volunteered, and went to school until she was 19, plus parents were cops so it all made sense for her to take this path. Now she’s 22 and continues working for them, she’s even regarded as the best agent on her squad.

After her mom and dad were killed on a mission the FBI was all she had left. They were her family and her home. She dedicated all her time to her work, she had a few friends, her work buddies that she grabs drinks with most nights. But not really anyone outside of work. She didn’t have the time.

Don’t get the wrong idea however, she’s far from boring. She’s a great employee not only because she gets her shit done but she’s overall fun to be around. She is beyond kind to her coworkers, but she knows how to be tough and care for herself. She hates people worrying for her. She is always joking around and teasing her coworkers, always making a hard job a little bit easier.

With all this in mind, she was the clear choice to send undercover for one of their biggest cases. The Moretti family has been one of the biggest crime bosses in their city. Drug and weapon trafficking mainly. There’s not a single criminal in the city who doesn’t get most of their stuff from the Moretti’s. Their use of corruption, extortion, and manipulation has caused them to remain in power for years. Even if one of them gets taken down, another takes their place. Every criminal is too scared to snitch on them, so they’ve had a tough time taking them down. That’s where Lacey comes in.

She was sent originally to buy from them. See what she could find out. Eventually one of the higher ups in the family took notice of her. His name was Luka. He learnt more about her and figured out how smart she is, though she was someone they could use.

That was about 5 months ago, since then Lacey has been helping the top dogs of all of this. Helping keep track of their money. They come to her for advice, for opinions, even her thoughts on if she thinks anyone is acting suspiciously. She’s had to kill to earn their trust, it haunts her but they were a criminal. She knows that. But she never really got over it.

That’s where your character comes in. He’s lived out of state, helping with family arrangements other places. He’s finally moved home, meeting Lacey for the first time. The two start working closely together, becoming incredibly close. Closer than she’s comfortable with due to her job. As time goes on she starts realising she cares more for him than she does her job, or even taking them down for the city. He starts to corrupt her mind, not intentionally, but she finds herself not reporting what she could. Protecting him whenever she can at work. Lying, destroying evidence. All these thinks that arent who she is.

I know this is long so I’ll wrap it up quickly. My idea is to have her slowly stop caring for her job. There are many ways this can go. She’s going to have to come clean to him eventually. And there’s so many possibilities with that! This would also start with the two of them meeting for the first time!
