Hello there! If you're someone like me who plays a lot of video games, you might get certain cravings for a specific environment that just isn't available. For me, that would probably be a Singleplayer version of DayZ (Whenever Bohemia gets their act together).
Today, I am looking to do something based on an Open World Design. As for plot, I have a few different things that I want to focus on, and I'd like to mix-and-match different things and then tailor a unique setting and storyline based on my partner, the characters they play, and the setting. A good way of describing this would probably follow a format like this:
Environment [Weather, Population, Infrastructure (City versus Rural, etc.)]
People Involved [I like to look at people based on what connects them. Do they have the same history? The same job? Are they from the same area? I would absolutely love to look at something from the perspective of a Military Operation or from Law Enforcement for some plots as well].
Threats [Zombies? Monsters and Mutants? Other People? This is an area that I love getting creative in].

So what should you expect in this roleplay? Well, I am someone who takes things to extremes, to say the least. I am personally highly active, and you can pretty much always get in touch with me except for a few various times that I will make clear. I run everything exclusively through Discord servers, and some of my servers go on to last years.
I use a DnD-esque system, but it is completely homebrewed. I do use Dice (This will discussed in an FAQ, see end) to Roleplay. I also use a lot of Dynamic Systems, such as Skill Trees and Equipment that are reactive to you and your environment.
I play things out as an always-active person, which means that I do not set specific active times that are required for someone to be active. Rather, it is simply done that you respond whenever you can/want to, and I will respond as I can. We may not be active at the same time (Although it will be very possible that we are), but we can continue roleplaying without issues.

For this, I have a few requirements. I always try to keep it very fair, and everything is open to discussion to start:
I typically require partners to play in Third Person. This is pretty non-negotiable and just a mechanic thing.
I typically require partners to play multiple characters. The minimum is two, so don't feel stressed out about this. An ideal situation would be one male, one female. I feel that this is a fair requirement based on the fact that you are being put into a full, immerse and interactive world that I not only with DM/GM for, but will give you special companion characters in your journey to augment those you will play with.
I ask for a sample of your writing. It does not have to be immediate, but it does need to be before we start getting into deep details of planning. I don't have any mininum requirements for length and base it more on the situation being written. However, I do ask for you to be as literate as possible, both OOC and IC, and I will reciprocate. Basically, if you can meet me and my writing you see in this post, or exceed it, we will have no issues whatsoever. Please try not to force it to be impressive, but rather something you are comfortable with maintaining.
I roleplay exclusively on Discord. This is also not negotiable. I use a big dynamic system through servers and a bot for dice. Besides, Discord is free and hasn't sold my data in the years I've used it.
And that should cover everything! Hopefully the long read was worth it. When you message me, be sure to try and include your Discord Tag. Depending on if it's Chat or PMs, I will either respond to you here or add you on Discord first (I really hate conversations in PMs). I have an FAQ I will share, which should essentially cover the full extent of how I do things and questions I am frequently asked.
Thank you!
