31/M from Southeast US looking for a literate roleplay partner and fun banter! I would like to participate in a sci-fi, fantasy, or modern story. I absolutely adore romance. There can be action, and if dice rolls are included, I think that would be fun.

I enjoy anything from epic fantasy to cozy slice of life stories. I'd love to hear your ideas, as I'm not great at creating things from scratch. I'm much better at bouncing off ideas people already have, but if you let me set our world in a fandom like Stardew Valley or something, I could definitely do that :)

Highprince Kaladin Kholin paced in his study, alone, inside Castle Kholinar. He was still wearing his military uniform, which had served as his wedding garments earlier that morning. He was to travel to Lady Navani's home, Highbridge, to meet the rest of her family. Her siblings and parents had been in attendance at their ceremony, yet she had an extended family with countless aunts, uncles, cousins with whom she wanted Kaladin to become acquainted.

It was a well-kept secret that Kaladin despised Navani, yet he had been arranged to marry her for political gain. He resented both families for his misfortune.

Sighing, he sunk into a chair at a large desk, with journals, scrolls, and other documents strewn across its surface. Frustrated, he swept an arm across the desk, scattering the royal detritus on the stone floor, and rested his head on his arms, wallowing in his objection to the whole arrangement.
