Hello, I'm looking for a long-term partner to roleplay with. I've been playing TTRPGs for a few years now, but I want to get more into text-based roleplaying. I'm 37F and only interested in roleplaying with women. I have a degree in English (creative writing focus) and would like to improve my writing skills through this venture as well. My writing style is very character driven, and I dabble in world building. A partner with clear ideas of what they want would be great.

I'm not interested in fan-fiction-type roleplaying. Instead, I prefer to create my own unique characters and build a world around them with a partner. Genres I'm interested in are romance, mystery, paranormal, thriller, horror, and fantasy.

Here's a basic overview of a character I'd like to play: A free-spirited woman who embraces the ebb and flow of life. She values independence and doesn't like to be tied down or committed to anything for long. Her passions are important to her as are the people in her life.

Here's an idea/prompt I have brewing in my mind: Theme - bisexual slow romance set in fictional historic era. My OC followed societal norms despite herself and became a respectable woman with a decent husband and valuable land/property. Regardless of all that she's attained, there's always been something missing. She's keenly aware of her attraction to both men and women, but she has hidden this for most of her life. Her husband loves her and is understanding, so he encourages her to explore her true self.
