Have you seen the anime Baki the Grappler? Perhaps watched Ippo, or something similar? Well this plot takes place in a similar world.
For those who haven't seen, the worlds of both are filled with fighters that could be called superhuman. And to all of them, being the strongest is a goal. That will be the world this takes place in. One of superhuman men and women, all fighting constantly to be the strongest, as the regular people go on, watching from ringside.
I'd be playing an O.C of mine, Danny Feston. A simple man, Danny doesn't enter tournaments nor fight for glory or fame. He merely needs money for his family back home in Mississippi, and so has become one of the most vicious fighters to grace a ring. Because survival can drive a man beyond limits.
As for who you'd play, that could be anyone. Maybe a fan of Danny who tries to get closer to the cold exterior. Maybe a rival who finds deep respect for the young man's motivations and drive.
It can be anything you'd like, in the end there are three genres I'd like to do. Fighting, romance, and SoL.
