This prompt is just a suggestion for how it could go: the telephone rings and you look towards the phone laying face down on the table in front of you. You look towards the clock and see it's past 10:30pm, no one should be calling this late. As you scoop up the phone you see 'Dad calling' lighting up the screen. Worried that somethings happened you hastily answer. "Hey dad, wha..." you start to say before I quickly interrupt you. "You're Mother just left me" is all I can manage to say in a weak and defeated voice. Nothing but silence follows for a little bit before you break it. "What? What do you mean mom just left?" "We got into another fight and this one got bad..." you can tell that I've been crying for a while as I sniff and try to get a little bit of compsure, "... she said that she keeps trying to bring us back to a good place but the she thinks about it and can't remember when that was or what it looked like...I don't know what to do honey" Suddenly I lose all composure and break down. "Daddy... I'm going to come over, don't do anything or go anywhere. Ill be right there ok?" you say trying to comfort me. At first I protest, but you quickly shut that down and insist. Luckily after you graduated you never moved far away from home, as you knew you were the buffer between your mother and I. You had always suspected that we had stayed together just for you, and you were a little surprised we lasted two years after you got out of university. It's only a quick 20 minutes until you park I the driveway.

You rush towards the door and knock as you slip in your key and open the door. As you enter you hear me shout "Baby is that you? I'm in the bedroom" and you see my face poke out of the master bedroom threshold...*
