Omegamax is the world's highest security prison and is the home for everyone to dangerous or bizarre to be sent to regular prisons. While it is technically a prison, it is more like a city complete with homes, schools, businesses and a mayor. The staff and their families live in the facility as well with the only difference being they may come and go as they please. The existence of the prison is unknown to the general public for obvious reasons. Escape attempts are uncommon as many choose to stay there because life there is easy.
