Upon inheriting it from your late father a few years ago, you turned an eyesore of a dilapidated and abandoned low-rise apartment building into an ideal and upscale apartment complex with a diverse assortment of tenants happy to call the building home. Fully renovated with all modern appliances as well as a private garage for parking plus on-site laundry and fitness center, the Damen-Winchester Apartments had everything to suit the needs of its residents.

Besides your professional career and your endeavors as a landlord in your everyday life, nobody who knows you would have guessed that you were heavily into voyeurism. There was always something about peering into the lives and privacy of other people without their knowledge that you found exciting and thrilling even if it was obsessive. In a way, it was like cinema to you and you lived vicariously for those moments shared by others.

That’s why you had a video surveillance system installed throughout the building when you were having it undergo the renovations. In all of the rooms in all of the units, you get to spy on your tenants and get to know them personally outside of how they present themselves in public.

And from the comfort of your own spare bedroom that you’ve made into a surveillance hub in your apartment on the building’s third floor, you get to enjoy each and every single moment like the perverted overseer you are.

No streaming service or movie or porno for that matter could provide you with the gratification you got, especially from watching your “favorites”.

In your head, your reasoning for what you had been doing ever since you inherited the apartment building from your late father was simple. A landlord should always keep an eye on the well-being of their tenants residing in their property. Besides, nobody is getting hurt and you aren’t planning on using any of the footage you have to blackmail or cause harm to any of them.

Except, someone else has something different in mind. You don’t know exactly who is sending you the anonymous messages and emails, but they clearly know what you've been up to and know the truth about your building. They even have some of the footage you’ve been saving of your tenants in their more intimate moments.

You don’t know whomever this individual or maybe individuals are, but you do realize the severity of trouble you’ll be in if the evidence of your private hobby gets brought before the police or even shared online for your tenants to find out. This wasn’t going to be a slap on wrist and some community service performed to make up for it. No, you could be looking at federal charges and a lengthy prison stay plus lawsuits if this were to get out.

You knew whomever this “Orwell” individual was, they had you in the palm of their hands for their enjoyment in order to keep your secret or else.

That became even clearer when the boxes began arriving at your doorstep, all packages that had been bought under your name and credit card.

All because you enjoyed watching others, you now have to be a performance for someone watching you.

Hi everyone. I’m glad you all managed to stumble across this newly made gem here. I’m looking to do a roleplay where your character has himself caught up in a web of blackmail and humiliation with no control over what he is made to do after his secret hobby of spying on his tenants gets discovered. What’s the price of secretly watching others even if it’s an ultimate violation of their privacy? Well, naughty actions get far greater naughtier consequences in this instance for your character, especially when they find themselves becoming the plaything of the very person who has discovered their secret.

Now, exactly who discovered and is pulling the strings of your character now going forward? Well, that’s not going to be revealed right away, if ever. I’m kinda digging the idea and notion that whoever it was who did discover that our landlord protagonist had been remotely spying on his tenants possibly may be someone who doesn’t even live in the building but has been there countless times before. Maybe it’s a neighbor on the block who is a voyeur themselves who discovers the secret. The possibilities are endless and to keep the mystery going, I’m looking for those interested in partaking in an erotic mystery thriller to which I’ll be playing a myriad of characters that your character will be interacting with.

And speaking of your character, the landlord, there is something that I need to bring a spotlight onto in regard to their role. It will be utterly boring to have the portrayal of the landlord be someone that gives in completely and I’m not looking for that. I find it more engaging and enjoyable for a character in such a predicament showcasing some defiance and fight with the hopes that they can find a way out of the trouble they’re in, even if they become further victims of their own actions. Besides, I’m sure that the landlord would want to know exactly who is enjoying playing him like a fiddle.
