As stated, everyone is above the legal age in this, as this would be a reboot of a show now that everyone is of age!
With the rise of streaming services, competition for an audience is growing ever stronger. The people respond very well to nostalgia.
The iCarly reboot, for example, showed that. However, outside the initial buzz of the reboot, people tend to fizzle out and won't keep watching. There HAS to be away to keep them engaged...
There is now!!! NSFW moments! Now, obviously we can't go full pornographic or anything. There's still some semblance of a story here that needs to be maintained. Plus, I'm sure the actresses won't sign up for full sex scenarios either. There should be some nuance.
Scenes that feel as if they actually belong in the universe and don't come totally out of left field.
Whether it's having a pool party episode of icarly, tighter blouses for Pam in The Office, or shorter skirts for the main stars!
There are plenty of properties we could discuss. Any of the Disney/Nick sitcoms, The Office, Parks and Rec, anything that would invoke a sense of nostalgia and pull in the ratings!!!
