At a countryside wedding, Character 1, a busy and career-driven individual, reluctantly attends as a favor to a close friend. Known for their serious demeanor and dedication to work, they dread the usual questions about their single status and feel out of place among the couples and families celebrating love. Their friends, eager to set them up, have arranged for them to meet Character 2.
Character 2 is a vibrant and outgoing guest who exudes energy and enthusiasm. Initially excited to be at the wedding, they were meant to accompany someone else but find themselves without a date after unexpected changes. When Character 1 and Character 2 finally meet, their contrasting personalities clash almost immediately. Character 1 is annoyed by Character 2’s playful nature and spontaneity, while Character 2 finds Character 1’s seriousness a challenge to break through.
As the wedding unfolds with a lively rehearsal dinner filled with laughter, an emotional ceremony, and a dance-filled reception, the two engage in witty banter, navigating their differences while unintentionally drawing closer. They discover they live in the same city, complicating their interactions.
As the night progresses, they must decide if they can move beyond their initial impressions and appreciate each other's unique qualities. Will they find a way to connect amidst their differences, or will their playful antagonism keep them from discovering a deeper bond in the long term?
I'm looking for roleplay who are willing to contribute to the plot and also someone who uses refs. I use a lot of refs, for my character, their clothes and also the places. I mainly play in discord. Reach out if you find it interesting
