Unrelated writing sample: He sat in the corner of the cafe as she entered the building, it was as if she demanded the attention of everyone just by existing. He kept a nonchalant eye on her, not wanting to be accused of being a creep or staring, but he couldn't help but continue to look. Her long blonde curls bounced softly as she walked towards the counter, her hips visibly swaying even beneath her heavy winter coat. The clatter of dishes being thrown into the sink, the bathroom door swinging open and shut, and the quiet hum of the heater running snapped him back to reality from his day dreams. Again, for just a brief moment, images of ropes, candle light, steam, and sheets filled his mind. Clang The beautiful woman sat down in front of him and began to speak. "My name is Paige. I'm new here." She smiled at him shyly before taking another sip of coffee. "I guess you could say that I'm looking for someone to show me around town?" The words came out easily, like they had been rehearsed or something, charming and seductive, yet seemingly totally innocent. His heart pounded fast, and his mouth went dry. “Well," he started, "I would definitely love to show you around!"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~ One of my personal favorite things about roleplaying is getting to know my partners and creating a story that both of us are eager to respond to. Aside from craving that next dopamine hit when I get to continue on with our silly little story, it’s a great way to connect with people who have common interests and to create bonds in which you feel comfortable enough to be chatty ooc. So, I’m looking for my one in a million partner of someone I can bounce ideas off of, chat with, and jump right back into writing with.

About me - writing edition: I’ve been writing for a little over 10 years, still consider myself semi lit because I am by no means an English major, prefer writing in first person. I write on discord only. I typically prefer fantasy, history, Sci-fi, future, adventure type roles. Not too into basic slice of life stuff as it tends to have little to no conflict and fizzles out pretty quickly.

I currently have an interest in the following pairings: -A chaotic Princess and her assigned knight/guard trusted with the sole purpose of keeping the Princess out of trouble and a “lady” in the eyes of the court and kingdom.

-Space cowboy running missions around the galaxies runs into an intriguing new species that could potentially benefit them on their journey

-Interest in anything futuristic space vibes

-A pair of explorer or an explorer and found life upon discovering a new continent/planet.

-A scientist and his assistant studying newly discovered mutated flora and fauna.
