I've been playing Hogwarts Legacy the last few days and it has me wanting to do a story set in the Harry Potter world. One set outside the books with our own characters. I was thinking more modern times set after the books where the history is still there but a new problem has hit the wizarding world that our characters end up in the middle of.

I like the idea of starting off during their first year of Hogwarts and playing it out through the years. Now of course this would come with some time skips as playing out every year in full would be a little bit to much, and probably get boring fast. But if that's not for you then we can pick it up in one of the later years as well and go from there. Playing from year one is not a requirement for me. I really just care more about having a good story.

I have a few ideas for a main plot that our characters are dealing with. One is that a group of muggles have discovered the wizarding world and are threatening to expose it, with the help of a few witches and wizards. Another idea is magical creatures being corrupted and threatening the world. Either led by dark wizards or an extremely powerful creature. Though I'm down to explore more options and hear anything you can think of.

I don't require a whole lot in a writing partner. Just have knowledge of the Harry Potter world. Be able to help brainstorm ideas. And lastly be able to push the narrative along when you write. I mostly use Discord when I write and if you're interested you can send me a DM or chat.
