Hello all! I'm stuck at home while everything is iced over and I am in the mood for a good story. Right now I'm in the mood for a story similar in style to Sword Art Online. Or if you are down for it a story set in SAO but with our own characters.
I absolutely love world building and developing characters so I would like to write with someone who loves it as well. Either to build our own game world or flesh out each floor of SAO as we see fit. The monsters and bosses we would fight. Quest we can go on and the rewards we would get for them. Their skills and abilities. The possibilities are endless on the world we can make. Doesn't even have to be fantasy. The game could be set in a sci-fi world!
The 'reality' of it is that they are trapped in a life or death game. I want to explore the mental aspect of it a bit as well and how they cope with living in their new world. Do they fight on the front lines from the start? Grind out easy quest for a while until they get their confidence up? Or do they do their own thing while the game is going on and make the most of their new life?
I mostly use Discord for writing but can use Reddit if needed. I am an advanced writer and can write multiple paragraphs but can match whomever I write with. I have set work hours but not days but can try to post every day. I live in the CST.
