I’m working a flexible remote data analyst job, so it should be simple for me to meal prep for two and keep the common areas clean while still paying my half of rent. If you’re skilled at basic maintenance, that’s a plus but probably not essential (can always call the landlord or something)
I do want to get better at food presentation and entertaining small groups with drinks and snacks, but not too much. I like people and serving, but being around strangers or too many at once drains me(introvert problems).
Downsides? I may do yoga in the common areas sometimes. I wanna do more art modeling gigs, and yoga flows help me with that. If we end up having chemistry and I’m attracted to your personality, i might get a little flirty(until I catch myself or you ask me not to)
