I'm looking for a relationship with a female leader who inspires respect. Ideally, this would be in the form of someone who's also gently dominant, but more important is that you are a good mentor and role model.
I need someone unafraid to provide structure and wants the best out of me. I have (diagnosed and medicated) ADHD (Primarily Inattentive, not Hyperactive type). I am intelligent and capable but, without structure, I do very poorly in my work and personal life, and tend to drift. It also means I have problems with authority where it occurs in forms I don't respect (unearned positions of power, rules for rules' sake, weak leadership).
I need a lot of stimulation to get dopamine going in my brain, and tend to mostly seek this through exercise. But I could benefit highly from someone who understands how to motivate their submissive (and plays into my natural desire for dopaminergic rewards).
I'm not looking for a kink dispenser, but true and shining female leadership, within and outside the bedroom. I want to wake up admiring you not only for your looks, but for your power and ability to inspire.
The opposite side of the coin is that I have hyperfocus for the things I find rewarding. So you would be working with a loyal and highly driven younger man.
I'm 31, fit, and primarily looking in the Denver area. Major plus if you understand or have experience with ADHD or want to see a mentee flourish.
