The alarm goes off at 7am. It's not for me, but I take it as my signal to wrap my arms around Wifey's waist and cuddle in. She indulges me for a moment, before peeling me off and getting up for work. I offer to make breakfast as always, and as always she tells me to stay put. I think she just likes to spend the quiet mornings before work on her own.

I drag myself out of bed around 9am. If there's shopping, cleaning or laundry to do, I get that out of the way first. I relax and play video games till lunch. And after that, I get back to my other life goal: learning to make games of my own.

As the clock strikes 5pm, I get to work tidying up my things to make room on the sofa for the approaching Wifey. I'll boil the kettle and get a tea bag ready, and, if she's having a tough time lately or coming back from the gym, I could run a bath ready for when she gets back.

The end of the day is what I call 'Super Comfy Sofa Time'. We sit together, just doing whatever. Gaming/telly/redditing, we don't even need to be doing the same thing, just as long as we're together... Hugs however, are a nessecity.

When it starts getting late we both head to bed, where the cuddle tax comes into full effect, and I can drift off in her arms...
