So have a coupon for a ballroom dance session at a fancy local dance studio that expires in February.

I could give it to a friend or just let it expire, but then it hit me-I’ve never been led by a date in an RR dynamic before! It could be fun to dress-up and just have a fun night.

But as a guy new to the city with no reliable transportation and not very savvy with dating apps (or social media in general) I’m kind of intimidated 😅

If not for the transportation issue I’d probably just join a social dance group and there’d be no problem.

To be clear, just looking for a fun date to maybe dress up with and be a lead, but not looking for a hook-up or long term. Also a little concerned about safety…😬

I know a lot of suggestions might depend on my specific location, but any apps or platforms come to mind?

Any other thoughts are appreciated too, even ideas for coordinated outfits or RR etiquette, playlists…
