I know that both the series and movie aren’t exactly “new” but OH MY GOD her and Tewkesbury? RR goals in a family-friendly package, and very literally too, since the series takes place in Victorian England.
Tewkesbury is a soft, progressive young lord who loves flowers and foraging like a little hobbit in his nice clothes and is the epitome of damsel in distress, while Enola has been raised on very “boy-ish” crafts such as combat and chemistry and goes to be his savior because she realizes he can’t take care of himself.
I love it and I plan on checking out the book series from the library immediately
