USB Media Plays Upside Down

Howdy y’all,

There is a lot of stuff about this on the official Roku support forums but no answer, hoping someone here has figured it out. I have a TCL 5 series Roku TV, all software up to date. Whenever I try to play a video or view an image from USB, the image is rotated - landscape videos and photos are rotated 180°, appearing upside down, and portrait videos and photos are rotated 90° counter clockwise. This is done regardless of EXIF data, file size, file format, or original orientation, and the files all show up correctly when played on any other device.

Has anyone found a fix?
