I had a streaming stick before Christmas and upgraded to the R3 last week; whenever I pause a Netflix show (without fail) and return and press play, the sound is about five seconds behind the visuals. I have discovered that if I hit rewind once and back it up just a frame or two it sorts itself out, but it's a bit irritating.

I can see from a search that there have been many, many problems with Rokus and Netflix sound in the past but can't find this particular one having been asked about.

Any ideas please folks?

I'm also getting a lot of static on the remote when it's 3ft from the TV and the battery is at 73%, and I'm hoping this will resolve it, otherwise the upgrade is of almost no use to me.
