What's up with my 3yo TCL 65" Roku TV all of a sudden?

This literally just started when I turn my TV on just now. The picture was as above.. I just did a software update that reset the TV several times, but this issue won't go away.
Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know what it is? How do you fix?
