Fire stick vs Roku
Post Body

Fire stick has been very slow and glitchy. Is the Roku any better?

I just ditched 2 of my Firesticks for Roku's. Firesticks operating system was so bloated and sluggish I couldn't take it anymore. Roku is so much faster and streamlined. I still have a Firestick on a third TV, and I hate it.

Just know if you want your Roku to also control your soundbar, you need an ARC HDMI port on your TV. If not, you'll have to use the soundbar remote to control the volume. You can get around that buy buying a Roku Streambar. That has an optical out port if your TV doesn't have ARC.
