DLC required in old saves

Just bought the steam version of the game and I have an old save, but it won't load due to the fact that I don't have the DLC required (limited Outifit) is there a way to get it?
Yes, I know it's out of sale, but loosing a perfect save just because I don't have an outfit that don't seam right to me, does someone know a workaround at least?
