Every attempt at making toybox work has failed are mods broken atm?

As the title states my attempts to reinstall Toybox haven't been working, and the game runs flawlessly. It is only getting the mod to function. Going through my options I have used modfinder, installed it manually, used windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.6-win-x64 to work modfinder, and completely reinstalled the game to use both previous methods to function it. All of this has failed if anyone could please explain to me where it went wrong or give info on what can be done that would be appreciated. Also have tried opening the mods window with f10 ctrl or f10 FN Ctrl
