What are your go to perks/traits?

For example, my commissar/officer/grand strategist always takes that skill that lets me go first. Then I always take the one that removes debuffs and the one that lets me move other characters. My issue is each character levels up all the damn time and there are just so many perks and traits. I have choice anxiety.
With Cassia I just pick alllll of the unique ones. That’s basically how I choose any characters perks.
