I can't play in "Fullscreen" or "Fullscreen Window"

Hey I downloaded this game about 3 hours ago been having a blast but, I currently run a Ryzen 5 2600 & RX580 8GB, when I try to play the game on either option I get no FPS at all it's unplayable. I can only play this game smoothly with 144 fps when I am in "window mode" but still 1920*1080p. has anyone else had this trouble if so how did you fix it?
