Players don't know how to use abilities and its a major problem

I'm about at my wit's end. The high majority of reasons I stop playing the game each day is because I'm getting match after match after match of players who never use an ability, not once. No revives from the medic, no traps from a ronin, no overheals by a chaac. Why is this such an issue in this game? Its a closed beta! If its such an issue now, just think about how it'll be when the game goes free! I played Valorant for a while at launch and I hardly ever had this issue. Why is it endemic to this game?
