Rogers Preferred Program (MyRogers App)

Hi anyone else with Rogers Preferred Program? It’s a service provided by work for us that gives us discounts it’s managed via the Rogers Business department that has to forward you to the preferred program. It’s always a hassle with the app it never logs in gets error codes offers less functionality and the support is different and honestly had a temper on their end. Anyone else experience this issues, I was offered a plan in February and a discount for being with Shaw.
