Shaw to Rogers has been a nightmare. Happen to anyone else?

First they added an extra line on my account for some reason. I was told to go in person, then to call, then to go in person again , and then someone on chat told me that I need to call.

Then they didn't transfer our number to the old one so we had to call again to get that set up (at least this was one call)

They put the wrong name on the account, and then didn't put my partner as a person who can access the account via phone call AND put the wrong birthdate as well

Then now they're charging us double and the person on the phone was not helpful at all. Hoping that the second call will solve this.
